Mondays 7:30a-6p M (w/1hr unpaid lunch)
Wednesdays/Fridays 7a-12:30p
Location:
Multiple sites across AL: Montgomery, Birmingham and Huntsville
Government site that needs Primary Care coverage
Scope of Work:
1-2 patients per hour
Age 10+, mostly adults but some Peds (government employees and families)
Pre employment and yearly physicals, Firefighter physicals, Law Enforcement physicals
Well care, sick visits, colds/flu, UTI. There may be occasional injury but not common
OccMed but no workers comp
No DOT
EMR – EPIC but can use paper, short term
Active Alabama License, DEA, BLS/ACLS
Board Eligible or Board Certified
Pay rate competitive (paid weekly)
A++Malpractice Insurance Provided
