Duties: Candidates will practice in the area of Endocrinology.
Overview:
Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV is seeking a BC/BE Endocrinologist in a hospital employed opportunity (potential Director position available). This is a great opportunity to join a well-established Endocrinology group. The practice call would be 1:3. This is an outpatient opportunity with the option to do inpatient consults (there would be no hospital call).
Camden Clark has an excellent diabetes education program on site as well as 2 full-time nurse practitioners with years of diabetes management experience. Camden Clark has 24 hour hospitalist coverage. We also have a full-time dietician on site as well. West Virginia ranks #1 in the country in diabetes so the impact that you would have on our community would be immense.
Prior to start date, candidate must have an MD or DO degree or a foreign equivalent State medical license and has/have completed DEA registration. Candidates must be board certified/eligible in Endocrinology and have completed an ACGME accredited residency.
Qualifications:
- Able to obtain a West Virginia medical license and DEA
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Endocrinology
