MemorialCare Medical Group has an immediate opening for a full time Family Medicine Primary Care Provider at our Rancho Santa Margarita clinic.

Practice Details

• Employment opportunity with MemorialCare Medical Group
• Outpatient-only practice
• Daily schedule: 18-21 patients per day (average)
• Office hours: 8:00 am 5:00 pm (last patient scheduled at 4:30 pm)
• Epic EMR
• Urgent Care Call requirement: 1 shift per month
  • One 8 hour shift either Saturday or Sunday (9am-6pm)
  • No overnight or hospital call admissions handled by Hospitalists
• Moonlighting Opportunities: Earn extra money by picking up urgent care shifts
  • Evening shift (6-10pm)
  • Weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday 9am 6 pm)
• Urgent Care locations: Long Beach-Los Altos, Cypress, Westminster, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Irvine, and San Juan Capistrano

• Employment: Base Salary + Incentives (Productivity, Patient Satisfaction, Quality)

Partner / Shareholder
