Tera Virtual Primary Care Opportunity in Sacramento, CA

Sutter Medical Group is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our Tera Virtual Primary Care team in the Greater Sacramento Area.

About the Practice:

Tera is a virtual-first (not only), value-based primary care model that incorporates health coaching, data insight tools, and technology to support healthy habit formation and digital patient engagement. Our goal is to provide high-value care while lowering total costs of care. Our practice was also designed to improve the primary care team quality of life. This position will be based on site with a team in Sacramento, but you will be expected to travel to additional care sites in the local area on occasion.
