Envision Physician Services is seeking full-time Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team at Medical City Lewisville.

• BE/BC Emergency Medicine
• W2 Employee status with medical, dental, vision insurance and 401k
• Malpractice coverage provided with tail

FACILITY INFORMATION

Medical City of Lewisville is located in the heart of Denton County, the hospital is a 148-bed facility providing advanced medical technology and specialty services including ICU, CCU, SNU, pediatrics, NICU – Level II.

• 40,000 annual patient visits.
• Brand New 24-bed emergency department
• An additional full-service free-standing emergency department located in Flower Mound, TX.
• 30 hours of physician coverage and 22 hours of midlevel coverage daily.
• Located in a high-growth population area with excellent patient demographics.

COMMUNITY INFORMATION

Lewisville, TX is located north of Dallas, TX off of I-35. Easy access to the DFW Airport, Downtown Dallas and Downtown Fort Worth, and Lake Lewisville. Lewisville is a great suburban community with excellent schools.
