Level III Trauma Center
21,000 annual volume
12 hour physician shifts/ 12 hour of APP coverage
EMR - to be determined
Procedure logs for past 24 months / No claims history required
Active WI license, WI DEA, PALS, ATLS, ACLS
Compensation : $240.00 an hour, travel, housing and malpractice provided
