We have a unique opportunity to work 3 days a week in our Port Charlotte office alongside another oral surgeon. If desired another day can be included at one of our close satellite offices from Port Charlotte.

You will be financially successful from day 1 guaranteed!  Large brand-new office to accommodate 2 surgeons was completed in November of 2022.  Strong referral base so no need to market. Live in Port Charlotte or around the surrounding excellent communities of Sarasota and Fort Myers.

Our size affords us the unique opportunity to negotiate the best insurance reimbursement rates, the lowest prices of supplies and cost of goods and a vast network of referrals. Our surgeons can practice without the burden of any administrative responsibilities and get paid amongst the highest in the state when comparing current and past associate opportunities with other practices in Florida.  We only accept certain high reimbursing PPO dental insurance plans. 

We offer many benefits such as paid medical insurance, 401k with a match, CE, malpractice etc etc. You will have a guaranteed high base salary with monthly bonus incentives and a track after one year for partnership.
