  • Requirements:
  • Boarded and Fellowship trained in Vascular Surgery
  • Trauma 1 experience
  • OH license
  • CAQH online application
  • COVID/Flu/PPD
  • DEA w OH address
  • Compensation: 24hr call plus call back pay
