Job Description:
Tri-State Orthopaedics is proud to have remained a successful physician-owned and managed practice for nearly 46 years. Tri-State Orthopaedics provides the full range of musculoskeletal care to our region and allows each physician to grow his/her practice with an abundance of autonomy. Our dynamic mix of orthopaedic specialists enables us to meet all of our patients’ musculoskeletal needs under one roof with a coordinated approach to our patients’ orthopaedic health.
Join our orthopaedics team of 10 fellowship-trained ortho physicians and 11 experienced physician assistants. We employ 18 Physical Therapists and 4 Occupational/Certified Hand Therapists, offering comprehensive outpatient rehab, including aquatic therapy for our patients. In addition, we have an Orthotist on staff to assist with fitting/fabricating braces and orthotics, and an on-site EMG/Nerve Conduction Study specialist. We have office ultrasound, x-ray and offer Platelet Rich Plasma Injection Therapy among other services. We operate walk-in Ortho Urgent Care Centers for emergency visits and direct referrals. We have four office locations in the Pittsburgh suburbs. Please visit our website at www.tristateortho.com to learn more about our practice.
Due to practice growth, we are seeking a sports medicine orthopaedic surgeon to join our busy practice in 2023 or 2024. The successful candidate will provide a high level of patient-centered care, promote practice growth and work collaboratively as part of a team. Interest and availability to provide general orthopaedic care preferred, and training or certification in hip arthroscopy a plus. As an independent practice, we accept all major insurances with a healthy payor mix. Our practice is highly elective. Minimal on-call emergency coverage, no level I trauma. Call is 1:10. Excellent hours and competitive benefits.
