Dates of Coverage: 3/20-6/30/2023 *possible extension
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-6pm or until last patient is seen
Scope of Work: Will be seeing both walk-in and scheduled urgent care patients. Diagnose and treating work related injuries.
Requirements: BC/BE, BLS, DEA, active and unrestricted CA license, and DOT certified preferred, Covid vaccinated.
