Dates of Coverage: 4/10-7/10/23 *with option to extend
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a-4pm or until last patient is treated.
Scope of Work: Will be seeing both walk-in and scheduled urgent care patients. Diagnose and treating work related injuries.
Requirements:BC/BE, BLS, DEA, active and unrestricted CA license, DOT certified highly preferred , and must be covid vaccinated.
