Practice Information

• Intermountain Health is seeking a BC/BE Infectious Disease Physician to join our group in the Salt Lake Valley
• Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group
• Visa sponsorship not available 

Requirements

• Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Infectious Disease
• Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
• U.S. ACGME Residency
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
