Outstanding Opportunity To Build A New Ob/Gyn Practice In The Northern California Bay Area

Seeking additional experienced BC/BE Obstetrician/Gynecologists for a start-up practice in San Jose, CA. We offer an excellent opportunity to have the work life balance you've been seeking as an OB GYN. Most deliveries are covered by our team of OB hospitalists allowing our OB GYN's to see patients in the office and control their schedule. Call is 1:5 and is always second call with OB hospitalists in house providing first call.

• The practice works collaboratively with established Pediatrix MFM specialists, Ob Hospitalists, Neonatologists, and Pediatric Hospitalists.
• Good Samaritan Hospital has a Level III NICU, with pediatric subspecialty services.
• The practice is a mix of obstetrics and gynecology.
• The office staff includes sonographers and diabetes educators.
• The office hours are Monday through Friday, but open to exploring innovative scheduling that could eventually include evening or weekend hours in lieu of some weekday hours.
• The ideal candidate will prioritize quality of care and focus on developing lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties with the community.
• Having an active California license is a plus.
• Base compensation is $300K plus call pay and bonus potential.
