Physician - Family Medicine

Bluffton Regional Medical Center (part of Lutheran Health Network) is seeking to recruit a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join an existing multi-specialty group "Bluffton Medical Group", a 34 member group with 29 physicians and 5 mid-level providers.  Bluffton, IN offers small town charm, located just south of Fort Wayne and within a short distance of Indianapolis.

• 8 Family Medicine physicians in the group.
• Outpatient only setting, however , incoming physician may elect to practice traditional (inpatient/outpatient mix and follow own patients in ER, etc.)  
• Option to practice OB
•  C call expectation is 1:6. (practice - telephone)
• Hospitalist coverage available for ER / inpatients!   
• Located less than 30 minutes from a larger tertiary care center (Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne)

There are 4 office locations:

• Bluffton - on campus of hospital - this is the main office where most of the group members are housed
• Markle - 15 miles out (3 providers - 1 FP and 2 mid-levels)
• Warren - 15 miles out (1 provider - 1 mid-level)
• Ossian - 8 miles out (2 providers - 2 FPs)

Great community atmosphere with excellent school systems available in the county (population: city is approximately 10,000; County is around 28,000).
