• Join a well-established endocrinology practice with 3 physicians and 8 advanced practitioners
• Call schedule 1:4 (telephone consults only)
• (2) RND CDE s, (3) dietician CED s, a care manager and onsite manager
• Access to have onsite HgbA1c testing, CGM, insulin pumps and meters
• Teaching opportunities with Prevea Family Medicine Residency & Medical College of Wisconsin Green Bay campus medical students
• Prevea-owned after hours nurse triage to assist with patient calls
