BC/BE Otolaryngologist

East Tennessee Ear, Nose, Throat, Allergy, and Head & Neck Specialist has serviced East Tennessee for 50 years. We are seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join a single specialty group. We are comprised of 4 full time Board Certified General Otolaryngologists and one NP with anticipation of a senior partner retiring in the next 6 months.

Easily earn 75th percentile and proven earning potential in 90th percentile. Ability to earn partnership within 6 months.

• Busy, successful practice with strong referral pattern, so physician will be busy right away
• Join four physicians (anticipated replacement for retiring senior partner)
• Interest/experience in otology, facial plastics, or sleep medicine is a plus
• Anticipated ER Call Coverage 1:4 for one hospital, with no facial trauma
• Practice sees both adult and pediatric referrals
• Practice offers the following ancillary services: in-office surgery suite, allergy, in-office CT scanner, balance center, and hearing aids
• 5 full-time audiologists
• Opportunities for partnership and surgery center buy-in
• No buy-in to ancillary services
