Dates of Coverage: 4/10-7/28/23
Schedule: Monday-Friday (rotating shifts 9:30a-6:30p & 12-9p)
Scope of Work: Will be seeing both walk-in and scheduled urgent care patients. Diagnose and treating work related injuries.
Requirements: BC/BE, BLS, DEA, active and unrestricted IL license, DOT certified is a must and covid vaccinated. Must be comfortable suturing and splinting.
