Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine in Virginia

Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters (CHKD), located in highly desirable coastal Virginia, is seeking a pediatric orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine physician. The successful candidate will join five mid-level providers and six pediatric orthopedic fellowship-trained surgeons who are expected to handle all general pediatric orthopedic conditions, including fractures. The incoming physician could receive a faculty appointment in pediatrics at EVMS, but it's not required.

About CHKD
CHKD serves as the only Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center in the region, caring for the most severely injured patients with resources to address all aspects of accidental injury, from prevention to rehabilitation. CHKD's surgical program is designated as a Level 1 Children's Surgery Center, the highest level possible, by the American College of Surgeons.
