A thriving private practice in the Mid-Atlantic region is seeking a General Ophthalmology Specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate is an experienced surgeon this practice sees a heavy volume of cataract cases and is licensed in both Pennsylvania and Maryland. Surgeons at this practice make up to $1 million annually and the practice is offering equity partnership opportunities.

Opportunity Highlights

• Private practice with multiple clinics
• Salary $400,000 with min guaranteed
• $750,000 to $1 million annually for surgeons
• 1:10 practice call; 1:5 hospital call from home
• Access to LenSx and LAL
• Equity partnership opportunity
• $150,000-$200,000 sign-on bonus
• 5 days and 3,500 for CME
• 20 days PTO
• Practice operates a charitable foundation and medical mission trips

Requirements + Preferences

• Board Certified Ophthalmologist
• Ideally experienced with a track record of high-volume cataract cases
• Licenses in both Pennsylvania and Maryland preferred
• FEMTO-certified preferred, but not necessary; full training provided
• MIGS experience preferred
