Boutique Oral Surgery Position Available in Seattle

A very rare opportunity recently became available to join our highly optimized boutique practice. We have two locations in the Seattle area and are looking for an Oral Surgeon to join our practice soon. Our offices are beautiful, including mid-century modern styling, living plant walls, and 200 square foot landscaped deck. We have all contemporary technology available; CBCT, IOS and we are a heavy X-Nav practice. We use creative contemporary approaches to implant therapy. The practice scope is primarily dentoalveolar with a large implant emphasis. There is a big opportunity to add orthognathics and trauma call, although not required. Staff is highly trained to place IVs and manage most post operative needs, and they take first call. We do not participate with Medicaid or Medicare and contracted with only small group of PPOs.  We are not a part of any DSO which gives us the freedom and flexibility to be nimble in times of economic uncertainty and with future opportunity to partner. The quality of life is very high. We also provide cosmetic surgery services. This is the best practice in Washington.

Compensation $350,000 to $650,000 per year

Compensation details: Minimum with production bonus based on percent of collections
