Physician-Radiology

Banner University Medical Center Phoenix, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the country’s premier non-profit health care networks, is expanding its team and adding a full-time Cardiothoracic Radiologist. Do all manner of Cardiac MRI, CT, in addition to Thoracic. The system here from the Cardiac perspective supports a busy Cardiology and Cardiothoracic surgery sections, which encompasses general cardiology, heart failure, electrophysiology, heart transplant, and lung transplant, amongst other advanced structural heard disease programs including Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR).

Teaching component involves working with radiology residents, IM residents, and working collaborative with trainees in cardiology and pulmonology. Opportunity to also be involved in medical education from the Medical School perspective. The qualified candidate will receive an academic appointment at the University of Arizona that is consistent with their credentials.

Have robust research infrastructure there and there are opportunities for self-directed as well as external funding program and projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• American Board of Radiology certified or eligibility
• Fellowship Trained in Cardiothoracic Radiology
