Physician-Occupational Medicine-SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, SC

Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Occupational Medicine physician for a unique opportunity to join SSM Health at Work as part of SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, SC. This will be a full-time, .8 FTE position. Providers at SSM Health at Work provide quality, affordable, comprehensive healthcare. Our occupational health services make this the one-stop shop for travel medicine, worker's compensation injury treatment, Department of Transportation physicals, pre-employment drug screenings and much more.

Requirements:

• MD/DO
• Active unrestricted WI license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Active unrestricted DEA
• BE/BC Occupational Medicine
• Become Certified in DOT and MRO within 6 months after starting
• Immigration and FAA Certification as soon as possible

This position is with Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, SC, a physician-owned and governed multi-specialty group affiliated with SSM Health through a professional service agreement.
