PRACTICE

• Hospital-based group established providers need a 100% CRS - No GS
• Full Scope CRS practice will have access to two Robots giving dedicated use and guaranteed OR time
• One day a week for Scopes in the EOC and one OR open block day
• One clinic day a week expected average of 15-20 patients a day
• Serving a 400,000 population catchment area that is not over-saturated and little competition

FINANCIAL

• Two-year base minimum guarantee 485K plus RVU production bonus. Up to $100,000 in recruitment bonuses, profit sharing, 401k and competitive benefits
