Aid an at-risk patient population and work with a comprehensive, multidisciplinary team as a full-time Primary Care physician in New York City. In this role, you will join NYC Health + Hospitals in their mission to serve the low-income and vulnerable communities who are recovering from COVID-19. These clinics are opening to address the disparity within communities of color that have experienced a disproportional number of COVID-19 cases and will be supported through New York's NYC Care program, providing access to healthcare for all New Yorkers, regardless of citizenship or healthcare status. Where You'll Work

To address the needs of COVID-19 survivors in New York City, NYC Health + Hospitals is opening three COVID Centers of Excellence in the Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens in the communities of color that have been hardest hit by the disease. These new Gotham Health facilities provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services that support COVID-19 recovery. They will offer pulmonary care, radiologic and diagnostic services, behavioral health care, medication access and dedicated rooms to safely isolate and test patients.
