Seeking 2, Full-time Gastroenterologist's

The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) seeks two, full-time Gastroenterologist's at the assistant professor level to join the Department. Clinical duties will consist of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopies and managing a full array of GI disorders including liver and inflammatory bowel diseases. A specific charge will be to build a program in luminal GI for the management of patients with advanced Crohn's disease, Ulcerative Colitis and the early identification and management of Barrett's. Candidate must be willing to provide GI care at additional locations to the main campus in Cleveland, such as the VA CBOC in Akron. Interested applicants must be US Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology, Board Certified in Internal Medicine, and be proficient in all basic endoscopic procedures.
