Flexible Schedule. Moonlighting. Travel. Opportunity for high-volume, high-revenue surgery days, without the complexity of managing a business or overhead. Earn more than $1,000,000 working only 12 travel days per month.

OMS Consulting works with dental offices to provide third molar removal services under sedation to patients in a familiar environment where they are already set up with insurance, etc. We provide an admin and clinical support staff to help our surgeons complete high-volume, high-revenue days.

Surgeons receive 30% of adjusted production. The surgeons take-home pay will normally be between $7k-$10k per day if completing between 20-30 cases. Our average clinic does one surgery day per month with about 25 patients. Clinic frequency is customized based on the volume of the clinic. Work days are flexible and can be completed during the week or on Saturdays.

The surgeon is responsible for the cost of their own malpractice and travel, as well as the upfront cost of all necessary licenses and permits. OMS Consulting covers the cost of two dental assistants and two ER nurses, as well as instruments, consumables, drills and monitors.

All candidates will be required to shadow our Lead Oral Surgeon during the second interview, during which, candidates will answer a few questions and watch the workflow of the clinic on a typical day of surgery in one of our many sites.
