Geriatrician

Position Details:

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a full-time Geriatrician to work with our Geriatric patient population residing in two SNF's situated in Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC) in Bloomfield, Connecticut. Added Palliative Care experience and/or training welcome.

Role: Geriatrician (Fellowship trained) or dually trained in Geriatrics and Palliative Care

Location: 200 Seabury Drive, Bloomfield, 06002, 40 Loeffler Road, Bloomfield, CT 06002 (10 minutes apart)

Setting: 100% Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physician Services

Schedule: Full-time, flexible schedule, weekdays only if preferred

Call: Infrequent phone call only

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
• BC/BE Geriatrician

Preferred:

• BC/BE in Geriatrics and Palliative Care Medicine
