Job Description:

Intermountain Health is excited for the population growth we re seeing in beautiful Southern Utah. To accommodate the demand for incredible healthcare in the area while upholding our mission in Helping people live the healthiest lives possible, our business development teams have been working on new build clinics in the area as well as some expansions to our existing clinics. We are looking for entrepreneurial providers to help us build panels in these clinics and maintain the level of patient satisfaction this area has grown accustomed to from Intermountain Health Care.

What we offer

• Competitive Salary; our compensation model is physician designed and focused on panel size vs the traditional RVU model to promote our system s unique approach to value-based care
• $25,000 Sign-on bonus; payable within your first 45 days of employment
• $1,500 per month training stipend until you graduate if a contract is signed in year 2 or 3 of your IM Residency

Requirements

• Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
