This is a transformational opportunity to leverage CHLA's unique position as a perennial top-10 children's hospital as ranked by U.S. News and World Report. CHLA proudly serves as the safety net provider for children in Southern California and is the preeminent provider of specialized, complex care and primary care access for the ~2.3 million children residing in Los Angeles County. Working with a collaborative leadership team at both organizations, the Chair will be a respected and visible leader in children's health across CHLA, KSOM, throughout the state, and beyond.

KSOM has built a legacy at the forefront of innovation in academic medicine and community service and is home to 2,079 full-time faculty and 269 part-time faculty, and approximately 1270 resident and fellow physicians across Keck Medical Center, LAC+USC Medical Center, and CHLA.
