• Willing to wait for license
• BC or BE required
• Call, 24-hour shifts
• Provider need to cover 2 facilities which are close to each other
• 15 - 20 patients between 2 facilities
• Intubations, central & arterial lines, bronchoscopy, vents, no cardiothoracic
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
