Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgeon

The Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Loma Linda University Health is seeking to hire an adult cardiac surgeon with interest in joining our team practice in the Inland Empire of Southern California. Applicants must be board-eligible or certified with the American Board of Thoracic Surgery (ABTS) and be eligible for licensure in the state of California. The candidate will rotate with our current team members to provide cardiac surgical services at Loma Linda University Medical Center as well as our two affiliate programs located within 15 and 50 miles of the main campus.

Candidates with exceptional clinical experience and administrative skills or with extra fellowship training (e.g., MCS, heart transplantation) will receive special consideration.

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation range listed is for starting base compensation only and is adjusted based upon years of experience and/or faculty rank: $355,000- $670,000. This amount does not include variable compensation or extra productivity and is subject to the individual department compensation plans. More information on compensation is discussed with the departments during the recruitment process.
