• Established team of 2 pediatricians and APP support
• 32 patient contact hours per week in a 4-day work week
• Scope of practice includes outpatient and newborn rounding shared with 7 other providers
• Ability to rotate on attending C-sections and deliveries
• Average of 18-25 patients/day
• 1:5 call

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary Guarantee in the $265,000 range with total compensation in the 75th Percentile according to MGMA
• Sign-on bonus of $25,000
