Medical Oncologist/Hematologist Kalamazoo, Michigan - Great Lakes State

 Bronson Healthcare in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a BC/BE Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to join its high-performing cancer team at the Bronson Cancer Center – Kalamazoo which is a new cancer center that opened in January 2021.This physician will have the opportunity to sub-specialize partially in treating cancer patients.

Candidate will join a practice consisting of 6 other medical oncologists/hematologists and 5 advanced practice providers, and multiple other clinical staff providing nurse navigation, survivorship, social work, nutritional support, and palliative care. This is a hospital-employed, mainly outpatient position with some inpatient consults working M-F, 8 am to 5 pm, with call shared equally with the other physicians in the team.

This new facility opened in January 2021 in downtown Kalamazoo on the campus of Bronson Methodist Hospital. The new cancer center houses Medical Oncology/Hematology, Palliative Care, a Hemophilia Treatment Center, a Multidisciplinary Clinic, and an Infusion Center along with amenities to support patients’ cancer journeys.
