The incoming internal medicine pediatrician will be part of a group with 80 multidisciplinary physicians and 20 APPs. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in pediatrics.

Opportunity Highlights

• Excellent financial offering - the incoming pediatrician will have an earning potential of up to $350,000
• Initial package is $250,000, including base and incentive
• $50,000 signing bonus
• Up to $37,500 for APP supervision, 19% quality bonus, and $525 per inpatient call day
• Possible faculty appointment is available
• Typical week includes 36 patient care hours and 4 administrative hours
• Comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, professional spending allowance, ATO, 26 vacation days, 6 scheduled holidays, and retirement with matching funds
