St. Catherine of Siena Hospital, a part of Catholic Health System, is an award winning, 296-bed acute care community hospital serving all of Long Island.

• They have been serving residents of Long Island for over 100yrs.
• They offer a wide range of surgical and catheter-based options for treating vascular disease, including treatments for aortic abdominal aneurysm and carotid artery blockage
• An incoming provider can expect a Monday Friday 9am-5pm
• 1 week a month call
• Provider will see 15-20 patients per day
• Extensive wound care and hyperbaric program
• Wound care 8 patients on average
• Cases are performed at St. Catherine OR

Financial Package and Benefits:
The incoming physician will join CHI with a guaranteed salary and benefit package

• Base salary range 450-570k
• Threshold and compensation per RVU earned after the threshold productivity incentive based upon wrvu s
• Additional incentive compensation opportunities quality bonus 10%
• Total earnings potential that your vascular surgeons are currently realizing 650-800
