Our practice is located in the highly-desirable neighborhood of Bon Air nestled between Midlothian and Richmond. Safe community, low crime, retirement communities and mixed use development nearby with dining, shopping, offices and many amenities near the practice.

Eligible candidates will have completed a U.S.-based Residency program and be Board Eligible or Board Certified by ABMS/ABIM

  • Full time outpatient practice position - 36 hours clinical/4 hours admin weekly
  • No hospital responsibility
  • Prefer 5-8's but would consider 4-10's for a great candidate
  • This provider will accept new patients or provide a transition from retiring MD to your own panel. Our patients are highly complex and acute, with multiple chronic conditions.
  • 2 MD's, 1 NP and 1 PA in practice - experienced team
  • Call is 1:4 - 1 week in every 4 weeks. Call is telephone only, low volume.
  • Average 20 patients per day after ramp-up period - all adult/geriatric
  • EPIC EMR
  • MyChart and Doxy.me for virtual health/telemedicine/evisits
  • Basic in-office procedures including joint injections and women's health
  • Great support - every provider has dedicated 1:1 LPN or CMA
  • Seeking a strong academic background and willingness to grow quickly, due to high volume demand
  • Must be a true team-player, warm and engaged with colleagues and patients, flexible and willing to help team cover out of office needs like PTO, CME, FMLA
  • Established practice with outstanding reputation in the community - an emphasis is placed on quality care and preventative medicine.

Bon Secours Mercy Health offers a highly competitive base compensation, guaranteed for 2 years while you ramp up your practice. We have multiple bonus opportunities available based on wRVU productivity, quality goals and value-based care.
