SSM Health - Illinois seeks a Family Medicine physician to take over an established practice in our Mt. Vernon, Illinois ministry. The physician would join an established outpatient site taking over an established Family Medicine practice due to the relocation of a long-standing physician in the community.

Successful candidate will have:
  • Graduated from an ACGME Family Medicine program
  • BE/BC in Family Medicine
  • Preference would be to have a candidate with experience


This is an employed position with SSM Health Medical Group, a premier hospital system located in Centralia, Illinois, where easy access is available to St. Louis, Chicago, Evansville, Indianapolis, Louisville, Nashville & Memphis.

Excellent Financial Package:
  • Guaranteed base salary $240k+ for the first two years, based on experience
