Seeking 1-2 general neurosurgeons to partner with 4 others in hospital employed practice with the goal to grow and expand services. There is support and opportunity to pursue specialized interests in complex or minimally invasive spine, tumor, functional neurosurgery, or vascular/endovascular. You will have an excellent work/lifestyle balance with dedicated partners and experienced support staff to include 2 APC providers per surgeon. Surgeries are provided exclusively at Winchester Medical Center, a 495-bed regional referral center (level II trauma), serving more than 500,000 residents. WMC provides the administrative support to bring new technology as required and to maintain state of the art resources including Brainlab navigation, Airo intraoperative CT, and a dedicated neurosurgical operating room team of nurses and surgical techs for all of our cases. There is a 48-bed intensive care unit staffed by Intensivists, a sixty-bed Emergency Department that sees 65,000+ patients a year, and a wide array of medical and surgical specialties to support the complex needs of our patients.
