10 - 14 patients per day at office, 1 - 3 procedures per day and 5 - 10 inpatients per day
Interventional coverage, will need to see patients at office, do rounding, and cover the lab
Credentialing needed
DEA needed
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
