Sparrow Medical Group (SMG) is a multispecialty physician group and the premier physician organization of Sparrow Health System (SHS) is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated, full-time BC/BE Geriatrician to join our growing Geriatric Practice located in Lansing, Michigan. SMG delivers exceptional quality care in a diverse and family friendly community. SHS and SMG are committed to improving access to medical care across the Mid-Michigan region.

• New state-of-the-art facility
• Onsite lab, pharmacy, outpatient rehabilitation services and endocrinology
• Outpatient, Monday Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm
• Call schedule is 1:5
• Work with a team of nurse practitioners, social workers and registered nurses
• Opportunity for Geriatric Assessments
• EPIC EMR
