System Leader, Director of Breast Services

 

Board-Certified Breast Surgeon and leader is needed to join Catholic Health. This position will be located at St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, New York. Candidate will maintain and moderate a multi-disciplinary Breast Program under the auspices of the Catholic Health Cancer Institute throughout the Catholic Health Continuum.

Coordinate and lead the development of multi-disciplinary, comprehensive breast center clinics where patients see surgical, medical, and radiation oncology physicians. This includes coordinating ancillary services such as genetics, social work, nutrition services, etc.

Facilitate the growth of the Breast Program via community outreach to primary care physicians, radiologists and other specialists, Hospital staff and patients within the communities served by the Hospital.  Provide lectures and education to members of civic centers, commercial facilities, religious institutions and other entities, from time to time, where community members congregate

  • Full, active, and unrestricted license in NY State Board-Certification and Fellowship training required Minimum commitment of 5 days a week within our working days of Monday through Friday This opportunity is a system role and will provide oversight of all the breast programs throughout the continuum,
