Description:

The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Illinois at Chicago is seeking a board-certified, academic pediatric infectious diseases specialist. Faculty rank will be commensurate with experience.

Primary responsibilities are in Pediatric Infectious Diseases patient care, teaching, service, scholarly activity and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Proportion of responsibilities will be dependent on applicant's interests, experience and expertise.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO from accredited medical school or foreign equivalent medical degree.
  • Unrestricted Illinois license to practice medicine or Illinois license eligible.
  • Board certification/eligibility in Infectious Diseases and Pediatrics is required.
