Hartford HealthCare is seeking a full-time, Internal or Family Medicine Physician for a multi-specialty, multi-provider, primary care practice in the town of Enfield, Connecticut, attractively located on the boarder of Massachusetts in northcentral Connecticut.
Primary Care Physician position details:
- 100% Outpatient Internal Medicine Primary Care
- Full-time, weekdays only, ask about a 4 day work week option!
- No weekends
- Infrequent phone call for work/life balance
To support our Primary Care Physicians in the care of their patients, every primary care practice offers:
- Access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers & Social Workers
- Efficient operations, engaged office staff, 2.5 staff per physician & your own MA
- EPIC EMR with Dragon, HIPAA compliant texting, patient self-scheduling and patient portal
