SSM Health Waupun Memorial Hospital is actively recruiting a full-time (1.0FTE) Podiatrist to join the department in Waupun as well as provide coverage at our SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. The new podiatrist will primarily work in the clinic setting with regular surgery time each week at Waupun Memorial Hospital. Shared call responsibilities with greater Fond du Lac podiatry group. The ideal candidate will have an interest in practicing general podiatry.

The Hospitals

SSM Health Waupun Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed hospital, which provides a full range of inpatient and outpatient services to Waupun and surrounding rural areas. The hospital was dedicated in 1951 as a tribute to veterans in both world wars and to serve the needs of the city of Waupun and its surrounding areas. SSM Health Waupun Memorial Hospital features a two-story provider clinic, consolidating all its provider services into one facility with a direct connection to the larger resources of the hospital. A state-of-the-art surgery area features three high-tech operating rooms, an endoscopy procedure room (for procedures like colonoscopies), 11 pre/postoperative patient rooms, four post anesthesia recovery rooms and centralized sterile processing area. It also includes a private consultation and family waiting area with a separate vending/dining room. SSM Health Waupun Memorial Hospital's employees and volunteers are dedicated to providing services in the areas of laboratory, cardiopulmonary, rehabilitation, radiology, ultrasound, MRI, surgical, emergency, outpatient dialysis, medical/surgical services, intensive care and obstetrics.

SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic in Beaver Dam, offers exceptional care for the entire family. Highly skilled physicians and advanced practitioners provide care, from diagnosis and treatment for minor and chronic illnesses to immunizations, X-rays and laboratory services. We proudly welcomed our first patients and families in February 2021, and we continue to expand our services to better support the needs of the community. We have added an on-site prescription center.

SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac, a 174-bed facility, is a leader in providing quality state-of-the-art healthcare services, whether it is cancer treatment; comprehensive heart care through the Dale Michels Center for Heart Care, including angioplasty and open-heart surgery; home or hospice care; maternity services; laser surgery; sports medicine; behavioral health services; women's health services; occupational health services; rehabilitation services and 24-hour emergency care.
