Outpatient Psychiatry Physician Job | Upper Midwest | 355K Package

An established, collegial, and cohesive health system outside Minneapolis, Minnesota (MN) seeks a Psychiatry Physician (PSYCH) to join their team.

Position Details:
- Part-time or Full-time mainly outpatient psychiatry position
- 10-12 patients per day
- Minimal family-friendly inpatient call rotation with 24 hours to assess the patient and very low volume
- Flexible schedule, including advantages of working from home remotely or in the clinic
- Join an established team with 6 Psychiatrists, 2 Psychologists, a Neuropsychologist, 9 Psychotherapists, 2 Chemical Dependency Counselors, and fully staffed Outpatient Mental Health Nursing support team
- Team focus on evidence-based care
- Organizational commitment to a healthy work/life balance, encouraged by administration
- EMR - EPIC
- Excellent relationships with other partners and specialists within the local hospital campus and larger organizations, collegiality is a top priority for everyone in the group
- Ability to sponsor J1 and H1B Visas
