A critical access hospital in a Montana mountain community is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join their experienced team. This is an outpatient and inpatient family medicine role with the ability to pick up ER shifts if desired. Candidates can expect the following:

The Opportunity
• 4-Day Work Week - Schedule is a mix of clinic and inpatient rounding every other week. Per diem ED Coverage is available if desired
• Quality of life position - avg. of 12-16 patients in clinic and avg. of 4 swing bed patients
•  No Call - Experienced APPs cover evenings and weekends
•  Guaranteed Base Salary based off of experience + Hourly ER Call Coverage Compensation if desired
•  Sign-on Bonus, Relocation, and Temporary Free Housing options
•  30 Days Off + 5 Days for CME
