· Flexible schedule to meet provider needs

· Full scope Family Practice

                 o Injections, some Derm, Suturing

· Potential for incoming FM to perform colonoscopies

· 10-15 Patients Per Day in the clinic

· Round on swing bed patients at the hospital

· Critical Access Hospital-Light ER call- Avg. 1 per day

· New 5K Square Foot 12 Exam Room Clinic by Summer 2023

· MR / CT-64 Slice (Paid in Full) · Full Service Lab / Wellness Center with PT

· Up to $225k Student Loan Repayment
