The Practice Opportunity:
•  Turnkey community hospital-based PM&R practice where everything you need is under one roof; from clinic to rehab!
•  Procedures performed in the outpatient clinic include EMGs, epidurals, radiofrequency nerve ablation and ultrasound-guided injections.
•  The 15-bed inpatient rehabilitation center is located just steps from the outpatient clinic
•  More than 60 primary care physicians in the area refer to this practice

Compensation and Benefits:
•  Financial package includes a base salary with wrvu production bonus compensation with demonstrated earning potential
•  Recruitment incentives include a signing bonus and relocation assistance
•  PTO 6 Weeks
•  CME Stipend of $3,000
•  Benefits include medical, dental and life insurance as well as reimbursement for state medical license, DEA and professional society dues
