Family Medicine Physician Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in North Carolina

A FQHC providing primary care, OBGYN services, behavioral health and pediatrics is seeking a physician for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in eastern North Carolina.
The schedule is Mon-Fri 8a-6p. Duties include care for chronic conditions, referrals out to specialist, shots, vaccines, physicals, wellness and sick visits. Clinician will have 2 CMS's to assist.
