The region's premier cardiac group is seeking a BC/BE Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join its renowned team of specialists, stepping into a ready-made practice in South Dakota.

Position Details:
•  Nationally recognized heart and vascular hospital
•  Practice alongside a dedicated team of over 20 physicians, including Cardiologists, Heart Failure Specialists, Electrophysiologists, Vascular Surgeons, and world-class support staff
•  Primarily cardiac case mix with opportunity to incorporate thoracic as desired
•  Surgical case mix includes CABG, valve surgery, TAVR, thoracic and lung surgery, TMR laser
•  Currently 3 Cardiothoracic Surgeons with a need due to an upcoming retirement
•  High volume with well over 300 Total Hearts done last year

Compensation Details:
•  Competitive 2-year salary guarantee commensurate with experience plus incentive bonus - MGMA 90th percentile proven earning potential
